Created to meet the strict requirements of long-term care facilities, Encore’s versatile low bed line, manufactured by M.C. Healthcare Products, Inc. of Ontario, Canada, is the product of years of research. Both the Advantage and the Fast Maxxum low beds are fully motorized, and the efficient DC motors draw less power, provide smooth movement, and are virtually silent in operation. From a low of 7 7/8” to a height of 30”, these low beds can be locked at any height to meet the needs of caregivers, greatly decreasing their chances of injury or strain. Both offer 500 lb. capacity (including resident, mattress and accessories).
The innovative Fast Maxxum moves from its low to high positions in just 20 seconds, providing outstanding efficiency for caregivers who can maximize time utilization. This translates to effective work management and increased patient safety.
