Damaged products

When you receive your product you should first open and inspect the contents for damages. If you receive a product and discover a missing part, damaged part or incorrect part, contact us as soon as possible so we can get you up and running. Products should be inspected within 3 days of receipt.
ENCORE MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIES, INC. will pay all shipping costs should you receive a damaged product.
